Voice Access

Citizens State Bank offers 24-hour account access via the telephone through Voice Access.  Call by telephone from anywhere, enter your PIN, and Voice Access will provide automated access to information about your checking, savings, certificate of deposit and loan accounts.  You can also use Voice Access to transfer funds between primary accounts or to request a checking account statement by fax.  Contact our bookkeeping department to initiate Voice Access for your accounts.  Afterwards, to access Voice Access, call (361) 771-3592 or (361) 782-7744.

ATMs

In addition to the two ATMs we own, customers have access to their funds at ATM locations throughout Texas and many states via the Pulse network and MasterCard with our Pulse ATM card and MasterMoney debit card.

Pulse ATM or MasterMoney Card

These are PIN-based cards good at our ATMs or Pulse, Cirrus, and MasterCard locations throughout Texas and many parts of the United States or for point-of-sale purchases.

Safe Deposit Boxes

We offer safe deposit boxes for rent at both locations, Ganado and Edna.  A variety of sizes from 3 x 5 to 10 x 10 are available.

Electronic Funds Transfer

We can wire money to banks throughout the United States for further credit to individuals and firms.  Also, we can provide transfers of funds, both debits and credits, through the National Automated Clearing House Association.
